De Piccoli Serena was born on November 1st 1991, in Motta di Livenza, a city near Treviso, Italy. She is at the last year of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, at the University of Trieste.


Currently, in Ciudad Real, she’s doing her thesis on "Non conventional techniques for the stabilization and modification of graphemes", under the supervision Prof. Ester Vàzquez Fernàndez-Pacheco, Departamento de Quimica Organica - IRICA, Faculty de Quimica, Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha (Ciudad Real, Spain) and Prof. Maurizio Prato, Dipartimento di Scienze Farmaceutiche, Università degli studi di Trieste (Trieste, Italy).
